Another name for this is active euthanasia. Right now, euthanasia is still illegal in Taiwan. In 2014, a 29-year-old American woman named Brittany Maynard was suffering from terminal brain cancer. She moved from California to the state of Oregon so that she could end her life under that state’s Death with Dignity Act. These states only allow residents to take advantage of the law.  退火補肝、排水去濕！冬瓜蒸蛤蜊，吃對更輕盈

冬瓜蒸蛤蜊（3人份／35分鐘）


冬瓜是很奧妙的瓜果，除了水分多之外，本身味道很淡，所以非常適合搭配各種食材做料理，也適合甜食，知名的冬瓜茶或冬瓜露，主角就是冬瓜。

性質清熱消暑的冬瓜夏天可多食，熬煮冬瓜露最好連皮帶籽，才能完全喝到冬瓜的營養，中醫說法

1. 蛤蜊取下蛤蜊肉。冬瓜分切2~3塊。雞蛋打成蛋液。
2. 炒鍋加入3大匙油，中大火燒熱，溫度略高一些。
3. 取一大孔漏勺，懸空於炒鍋上，蛋液緩慢倒入，漏勺輕輕搖擺別讓蛋液集中。
4. 倒完蛋液，快速用鍋鏟攪拌鍋底，把蛋攪拌開來。
5. 此時油脂已全被蛋吸收，持續炸到雞蛋香酥，油脂又會釋放出來。
6. 取出蛋酥擺入乾淨漏勺，按壓蛋酥把多餘的油脂擠壓出來。
7. 鍋中油倒出。同鍋擺進蛋酥、冬瓜，加水半杯、鹽和胡椒粉。
8. 中小火煮開拌炒蛋酥入味，燒乾醬汁，加入蛤蜊肉及蔥末拌勻。
